Well if you get them just cuz that's JUST WHAT YOU BUY ok, but some people get them because they are scared, and a 23g is a little frickin needle. And I would like the roast duck!

This was actually the first time I tried them. After you stick yourself so many times you've got to figure that you're doing some damage even if it is small. I thought that perhaps over the upcoming years I could cut back a little on that by trying smaller pins. I really can't tell the difference except for pushing the plunger down. I would rather just buy one kind. That's why I just get 1 1/2". I might just order some 23g pins for my glutes though.
