Default Planning my first cycle

Hey guys. I'm looking forward to get everything necessary for my first cycle. In the last couple of months I read a lot about being on gear and what to get, but I still want to get some advice from you experienced guys. I started working out 3 years ago weighing 134lbs and 10% bf. Now I am sitting at 194 pounds and 13-14% bf. I know, my body has not arrived its natural limit and i can still gain a lot without steroids just fine. And that is why I want to give myself just yet a little bit of time with AAS and I don't want to screw up my body, since i'm just 19 years old. I just want the knowledge for my cycles in the next couple of years.
That is what i planned so far.

Week 1-4
Dbol 30mg/day kickstarting my cycle
Week 1-12
Test E 500mg/week splitted in 2 shots per week
Week 14-18
Nolvadex
1. Week 40 mg/day
2. Week 30 mg/day
3. Week 20mg/day
4. Week 20/mg day
I am thinking about getting so arimidex just in case I get some signs of gyno. Then I would run it at .5mg e3d

And sorry about my english, I am from Austria and i'm still learning.

If you were 25 i'd say "excellent choice on a first cycle".. You've made good progress bro, you've got some natural growing in you still.

Thanks. I'm planning to try to hit the 220 mark naturally and start with the AAS. Then I want to cut a little bit, because I guess there will be a bit more bf come with the extra weight. What can I expect from this cycle when I finally start it?

From that cycle you can expect a 20 to 30lb weight gain.(assuming proper training and nutrition) A lot of that gain will be water weight due to your choice of gear. How much weight you lose and how much you keep in terms of quality lean muscle mass after the cycle and your PCT is complete will depend on just that, how you diet and train during your PCT, that's very key to your success.

On a personal note, you're too young to be running a cycle, you have plenty of endogenous test in your system, I think age 25 is the earliest somone should get involved with AAS and even that's pushing it. But the bottom line is you're gonna do what you're gonna do, it's your body. Seems to me over the past three years you've made great gains naturally, not sure why you're turning to gear at this point. I worked out naturally for years but turned to gear in my early 40's when my body started to produce less and less test naturally. Either way, good luck bro.

Thanks for the input. My diet is on point most of time, maybe once in a while I will have a cheat meal. I don't know exactly the numbers in how many protein, carbs or fat, but i'm trying to split it into 40/40/20. I consume 6 meals a day and 1 gainer shake, so I am around 4500-5000 calories. And I think you got me wrong on something. I am not about to start a cycle, as I wrote in my first post I don't want to screw up my body in such a young age. What I am doing right now is to get all the knowledge necessary to start a cycle in the next couple of years. Till then I will read a lot more and hope to get a lot of input from you guys. And I have still goals for myself that I want to reach without AAS.
I appreciate all the criticism and hope I will get a lot more opinions and replies.

Good deal bro, and you're right, I thought you were going to start your cycle after gaining some additional weight. You've got the right idea, study all you can regarding AAS and don't listen to what people suggest you run as a cycle unless you really trust them. Just because someone has a ton of posts doesn't mean they know what they are talking about.

Update: Sitting at 200 lbs naturally right now and that with the same amount of bodyfat. I am really happy about that. Only problem is that I got really bad stretchmarks on my biceps and my shoulders. To avoid more of them, I'm using cocoa butter und about 40mg of zinc. Is that the right way to go, or is there something else I can do? Besides not going for more mass with my diet and training.

I'm not at my natural limit yet, so I do not intend to start a cycle just now. No replies to my last question?
