Isn't there a beginner's stack, even several, already posted by experienced people in the sticky section up above?

You'll probably be best served by simply following what's already been proven to work by people who have been there and done that.

Bro, first off I don't really understand your post or question. You didn't provide any specifics what so ever, and if you'd spend 30 minutes reading a veteran post regarding 1st cycles on this board, or any other for that matter, you wouldn't have to make an ass out of yourself and place this post in the first place. Please don't get me wrong, I fully understand that everyone is a newbie at some point, and needs help understanding the basics of using AAS. However, I'm absolutely stupefied at how many novice users, or potential users, don't make the slightest effort to educate themselves before running or planning cycles. In the last week, I've probably read and responded to 7-10 posts virtually the same as this one, and I normally will give and post a sample 1st cycle. Sorry, but this time I just can't do it, and won't be doing it anymore. Bro, if you want to know what I think (at this point you I'm sure you don't), then just scan through my various posts for the last week or two and you'll find that I along with countless others have covered this topic ad nauseam.

Well said...after doing some research in the above section(stickies) you will be able to contruct an effective cycle that will give you the results you are looking for...you will also be able to formulate a PCT cycle which is also imperative and very important. Please do not try to create your own cycle.

The same Mick Hart of International renown who hawks his book on the internet and boasts about how he put his son on steroids to compete in a BB contest?

I don't know much about the guy but if your cycle is a result of his advice, then I can safely say the guy's an idiot. Andriol is a joke... proviron's not an anabolic steroid, it's a version of DHT and therefore has zero anabolic effects... so you're basically talking about taking anavar and hoping to get some great results from it. Not a good plan.

Again, the stickies above will lay out several real world effective and safe beginner cycles.

Mick Hart is well known to us Brits(he is one),but he talks shit.All he is interested is making money and selling his bullshit info.Now Paul Borreson is no longer with us some one has to take over as 'British guru'.At least Borreson encouraged you to use decent steroids even if his dosages were over the top for the avarage guy.Ignore Mick Harts advice and this is also the guy who appeared in the Greg Valentino documentary telling everyone about putting his boy on steroids.

now this is a good stack to start for a beginner...but i'm in the middle of this cycle and i've done a few before it....but so far this is the one i'm the most pleased with. if you do this cycle and diet right; then PCT right you will put on some nice size and strength gains. good luck!!
