I have decided to do 20 mg turnabol and 10 mg anavar a day for my 1st cycle was thinking for 10 wks? is that ok? & Whats the best way to come of them using oral only anti estrogens? and how long should i wait till my next cycle )minimum time)? please help me it would be much appreciated!

You need to read and research a lot more before you should consider using. And oral only cycle is not the best idea.

i agree with agpando

however if you must, just run em, there is very little shutdown with the two compounds you are planning on trying, however they can be liver toxic, so be sure to use a liver guard....

eat very clean meaning NO FUCKIN big macs / Wendys Late night ? K F fuckin C / and excersise hard like you mean it, no squablin round the gym with yer buddies get in, get out, get it done

one other thing you can get very strong very quick on anavar so dont think your superman and throw around to much weight and hurt yerself

rest recover and repeat
