possible intra-arterial injection of 50mg stanozolol

This is the first time that I ever forgot to aspirate before injecting and when I withdrew the needle from my quad bright red blood came out. The only info I've found on the web was about an equine incident that caused the horse to collapse and damage its spine. There's no way telling at this moment if I punctured all the way through the artery and not directly into it. A good amount of blood came out so I think I went through it. Should I be concerned and if so what symptoms might I look for before seeking medical help or should I seek it immediately? I feel fine at the moment.

injecting into a vein/artery isnt necessarily going to kill you .... but it aint a bloody fucking good thing ... and trust me if it one - and shit was gonna go sour, youd know by now
