Default Post-cycle, Post-recovery question.....

Let's say you just finished a bulker using dbol, test, deca for 10 weeks. Consumed about 4000 calories a day with emphasis on protein. Then you went through the proper recovery phase and are now producing your own test again. What is the suggestion at this point if you desire to stay natural? What is the best way for your body to stay in an anti-catabolic state. Should you continue to eat at that rate?

It all depends on your body type. For me being Meso/Ecto...maintaining my current caloric intake is a must during and after my cycles...to keep most gains. I usually keep it a little cleaner while off cycle though.

I will depend on how much muscle mass you have above your natural limit, if there is such a thing. Anyway it is really an individual thing. Protien feedings six times a day is a must and not over training are key for me.

it depends on your body type. keep the protein high and eat often. keep up with cardio and a good weight training program
