Default Post DNP T3 Success

I have been very frustrated of late, having hit my recurrent 10% body fat plateau. In the past when I get to that four and a half pack point I've dropped almost ten pounds (no exaggeration) of muscle in an effort to drop one or two pounds of fat, getting my lower abs out.

Up until about a week ago I was in that place, seeing the scale go down but not really seeing the measuring tape numbers decrease around my abdomen.

I halted my lose dose DNP run 10 days ago, at that point I was using 125mcg of T3 everyday. (with prop/winny) I began to ramp down the T3 and cut back my fat intake even more, while increasing my high G.I. carb intake and bouncing my total daily caloric intake. I was so down every morning seeing my puffy half inch of flab holding fast while I lost some of the muscle I put on over the past few months.

Then something wonderful happened. When I got to the 25mcg a.m. and p.m. dose level, just 50mcg a day......my body let go of it's hold on the last bit of fat.

It's not entirely gone, but a HUGE improvement over the past three days.
My belly button level measurement went down 3/4 of an inch, and my hip level measurement went down 1/2 of an inch.

I have some idea as to why this happened but don't want to put out any misinformation, so I'd like some of our more knowledgeable gentleman to weigh in on this.

Could leptin levels have increased during my higher calorie days as my metabolism slowed due to my T3 downward taper, telling my body it was safe to let go of some of the fat?

Either way I'm thrilled. It's been a ROUGH couple of weeks due to some personal problems, so any good news is most welcome.

I'm getting my next cycle together this week that will start in mid August. With any luck I will start this run quite lean. I'm preparing for an event in late September, and really feel good about where I will be.
