If you are just starting out it will get better. When I started in my glutes I had no problems. I tried my quads and could barely walk for a few days. I kept rotating and using my quads and after a few shots, the pain went away. Same with delts. Are you using Sus or Prop? Those will leave you sore depending on the lab that made them.

Im using 500mg of Jelfa Omnadren (supposedly nowdays identical to Sustanon) per week. I inject 2 ml in the same muscular area (every other w left and every other week right..)

I would suggest only 1 ml every week instead 2 ml every other week. 2 ml is a lot in one spot all at once especially at that high of concentration..

I'm having some soreness after my injection yesterday. I injected in my quad, 1st time in a while I did it there. I used a heating pad when it got really bad, seemed to help. Also, streching sometimes makes it feel better enough to do normal activity.
Glutes are the least painful, I don't really see a reason to do it anywhere else.

Yeah, I agree with that. It's likely the prop that's causing your problems. I won't buy sust. for that reason.

Try this: after injection, massage. Then later heating pad or tub bath and more massage. Massage it six, 10, 12 times a day. If you've got an office job and you're sitting a lot, I bet it'll be worse, so get up, go to the bathroom and massage the knot. Do deep tissue massage. You're trying to break that shit up and disperse it. The solution to pollution is dilution.

Also, I'll take as much aspirin as my stomach will tolerate. In a couple days it'll go away, but you have to keep massaging, heating and thus dispersing gear and all the inflammation (which I believe is nasty puss) it's causing. If you let it swell up and don't do anything, you might have to see a general surgeon to clear it out. That happened to me. Definitely, be pro-active. I'm just about certain you can't cause any permanent damage by massaging the injection site.

Massage the injection site. Heating pad also might help with the soreness.
