I'll be ending my current cycle soon and was wondering if anyone has adivice on how I should go about my PCT. Here's what I'm taking:

weeks 1-9: 750mg of sust/week
weeks 1-10: 75mg of tren/day
20mg of nolva throughout.

I have 10,000iu's of HCG, lots of clomid, nolvas, and arimidex. I've never used hcg post cycle so its a little confusing as to when and how much i should take. Any suggestions would be helpful.

after the last shot of sustanon, wait another 3 weeks before starting your pct.

day 1-10: hcg 1500i.u every 2 days.
day 1-10: clomid 100mg a day
day 11-30: clomid 50mg a day
day 1-30 nolvadex 20mg a day

vit b12 injections are also good for maintainin strength.

i'd eat more cals as your body will need as much food as possible to prevent a catabolicism.

i'm not of them, but some use clen for 3 weeks at 60-100mcg a day.

I start hcg the same week as the last injection of gear - I then use it for three weeks at 500ius eod until I start my nolva depending on what I cycled - this way the hcg over rides the nolva by a week or close to it.

Definitely don't overlap the clomid and HCG, as that's just pising in the wind. You can begin pct about 18 days after the last sust shot. I wouldn't use HCG with that cycle, but if you do, I'd just do 500IU back to back days (sat/sun) for two consecutive weeks leading up to the beginning of clomid, so that the last HCG shot falls 3 days or more before you begin clomid.
I'd use clomid at probably 100mg/day for 2 weeks and 50mg/day for 1 week, with nolva at 20mg/day throughout as well as Adex at 0.25mg/day throughout pct too.

Do i keep taking the nolva even when i'm using the HCG? How bout Adex? Should i start that when i start the clomid?

Swale had a good pct routine.........The way I do it is 3 weeks into the cycle I start running hcg at 500 iu's fri,sat, sun to keep the boys runnin and when everything has cleared,I start Clomid at 300for one day/100 for 10/ 50 for 10 days. You might want to search Swales threads for his exact way.

You can check out Pheedno's pct regimen at anabolicreview in the pct forum too, as this will explain why using the 3 together is ideal.
Nolva with HCG is fine, since at that point you're using nolva for its antiestrogenic effects at the mammary. Adex, too, should be continued from your cycle straight through pct. The only thing that isn't beneficial to use concurrently is the clomid and HCG....unless you only use nolva for pct (no clomid), which I don't recommend.
