Primrose oil when in a pinch for gyno

My first cycle (small, 500 test per week), I got sensitive nips. I figure I'm prone.

I'm on my second cycle, and started getting the sensitivity again. I was without a source for Nova.

On the advice of my 59 year old bodybuilding friend, I'm taking 6 to 9 grams of primrose oil daily (2 or 3 capsules with meals), and believe it or not, the sensitivity is gone.

Primrose oil is for women who have bad pms, and apparently the lutenic (sp) oil (an omega) is used by the body to regulate estrogen. It relieves their symptoms anyway.

Normally the body makes all you need, but apparently you can load it up yourself and get this benefit.

Anyone have more experience with this? I'm getting Nova, but my source is unavailable for two more weeks, so I was desperate and tried my friends advice. There is a LITTLE on the web about it, but not so much as far as I could find.

All I know is, it took a week to settle in, and now I'm sensitivity free. This may not help old guys pumping in the juice, but who knows... maybe some newbie yet without a source can get some relief (yeah, I know, if you take stuff that can give you tits and don't have a plan, you deserve them... but I make lots of mistakes, and I just don't think even Bin Laden deserves tits).
