 Pro wrestlers..how do they do it???
Ok maybe wrong forum but only one i thought it fit..Im curious..Does anyone knowhow some PRO WRESTLERS look the way thy do ALL THE TIME, YEAR ROUND, WEEKLY!!!????? I mean, pro bodybuilders look like crap during thier off cycle (ie.Lee Priest)...so Im assuming wrestlers like Batista, Goldberg, Lesnar etc etc...stay on year-round....so how are they doing this what imassuming fairly safe and effective???????????????? any info is appreciated thanks...

The level of conditioning between WWE wrestlers and pro BBers is light years apart. Pro BBers: 3% bodyfat WWE: the leanest Ive seen is probably 5-6%, and most arent even close to that. 5-6% is sustainable for extended lengths of time, whereas 3% is not.

this is how they make their money by image.once dieted into condition it is maintainable with a good diet.i agree they are impressive and i personally would prefer to be in shape year round. look at dexter jackson even in the off season he looks fantastic,just depends on discipline unless you are genetically gifted with a fast metabolism. |

Having been in the bisuness for 13 years now(but don't look anywhere like some of those guys),they eat strict, are always at the gym while on the road, and don't forget, doing cardio and lifting while in a match. I know some guys in the WWE, and believe me, they're anal about what they eat. hope this helps, thecrusher |

you do have to give SOME of those guys credit, they are in amazing condition. wrestling, dancing, whatever they are doing
