He sure is. I LOLed at the "loss of flexibilty" and "tendons turning to dust" cause I just kept on picturing Ron Coleman doing a split on stage.
One thing that sort of got me though was how often McNamee said he injected him with GH and test. I think it was like twice with GH and 4x with test... that wouldn't really do shit...

I was thinking the same thing that a couple injection of HGH and Test is going to do anything. Also I think I heard the use of Winstrol as well and that is about the 6 or 7 major leauger that I have heard associated with winstrol. I guess that is one of the drug of choice.

Makes you wonder how in the hell Rapheal Palmero tested positive for a water based steroid if he is so experienced and used for years.
