very new, just have a few questions..
i was taking 50mg
prop twice a week until i read this site and decided to start takin it EOD until it runs out.
anyways, i was just wondering what time of day should i be taking it...should i take it in the morning right before i work out or what?
also, after the
prop runs out (probably in about 2 weeks) im going to want to get another cycle going..any ideas on a simple cycle for lean mass and cutting fat for a beginner?
btw, ive order anabolics 05 and just began readin...great book.
