My cousin is just finishing up his cycle, was on 750mg Enanthate/wk, 75mg Tren A EOD and dbol, not sure how much but would eat Wendy's and double the meat eat the chicken and just try not to eat anything deep fried and actually lost weight while putting on size. I looked at his burger and gained weight, everyone is different and gain different. I just wish I could eat the burgers!

It may seem like an easy way to get extra calories but wouldn't it be just as easy to eat or drink 7 eggs? 560 calories 42g protein and a bunch of good fat and you could probably eat it in 1/2 the time as a big mac. Or you could go to subway and get a foot long roast beef sub which has like over 600 calories and it's all good shit for you.

If you decide to do the fast food thing you should limit it as much as you can. I know that when I eat fast food it gives me a bloated feeling etc. During my cycles I eat a very strict and constructed diet. The only thing I have been adding to get those extra calories is a high calorie protein drink. At least it has structured calories, proteins, and carbs. I think I was spending about $4 a piece for the drink. The one I was drinking had 500 cal, 52 grams pro, and 65 carbs and I think about 6 to 8 fat grams. IMO: I know fast food is tempting because it’s cheap and full of calories, but if you make it a part of your daily diet it’s going to back fire. If you want something heavy and packs on some calories? Try eating peanut butter and sugar free jelly on wheat bread. I got some friends that eat four or more of them per day.

thanks for the replies guys I'm gonna do a little experiment on my next cycle, eating fast food a couple times a week I would really like to see someone do a "supersize me" experiment tho... eating mcdonalds 3x per day, taking steroids, and working out... bc when Spurlock did his 30day mcdonalds diet he didn't exercise at all... I wonder how much muscle you could gain by eating all fast food and working out 4-5x per week?... One day if you see me in a documentary about juicing up on mcdonalds we will all know why!!!!!!

I eat at least 6 or more whole wheat lowfat peanutbutter and reduced sugar jelly sandys, for a mid day snack

I think it would work better as long as your macronutrient rations are in balance. Like, if you were just to eat typical junk food arbitarily, you'd end up with a lot of saturated fat and high G.I. carbs, and not a great deal of protein; if you ditch the fries in favour of chicken nuggets, and soda for protein shakes, and supplement with Now 3,6,9 oil and fish oil tabs then it might be more reasonable.

If you can't eat 4,000 relatively healthy calories per day, you need to relook at your priorities. Eating fast food once or twice per week is not that big a deal in a bulking phase. But to count on those calories as part of your daily 4,000 is a mistake. You need to lay out 4,000 calories from fairly clean sources and on the days you feel like junk food, that goes on top of your clean 4,000 calories. Someone mentioned Lee Priest and I'm wondering if you've seen him in person during the off season or seen off season photos of him... because he can get real fat. Believe me, a 5'4" guy walking around at 260 pounds and 25% BF due to all the fast food and ice cream, isn't a pretty picture. Good luck, MaxRep
