Anyways, I live in Ohio, if I get something shipped from overseas and it gets confiscated by customs, what exactly happens? do they just take it and thats it? or will they try to prosecute me?

It all depends bro....they could come after you if they want to.Has alot to do with quantity and how hungry they are at the time.They should send you a letter telling you to contact them..do not if you get the letter.If they do seize your stuff hopefully you took the proper steps when ordering where there is no real paper trail pointing back to you.I would say 9 times out of ten the place you order from ripps you off and sends no product as opposed to customs grabbing your stuff.

yes, from everything I have read that is how it happens. if they send a letter rip it up and consider your package gone. they will try to get you to claim the package, don't do it.
if you are buying large quantitys, they may try to do some kind of controled shipment to arrest you, but small orders usually are not a problem.

It all depends on the aMOUNT YOU Order bro. I ordered a sizable amount, about 1500 pills and like 4 bottles and the dea and FBI kicked my door in after a controlled delivery. Just make sure the order is small. By the way, the icing on the cake was when I got the letter from customs a couple days latter saying they seized my package.

If you order from a good site they ship the order in small sections so it wont raise any flags.
Success rates for most sites is like %99.8 So I wouldn't worry about customs.
anyone got some good sites? I get my gear from Mexico, but there is certain things I can't get over there. So if anybody has a legit site I wold really appreciate it.
I got a letter from customs before. I just ripped it to shreds and took it as a lose. Nothing ever happened after that. My source at the time was kind enough to re-send the package, damn I miss him!!
