Hey guys gotta dual question, maybe ya'll can help a brotha out with your knowledge/expertise. . . ok.....
1) I am currently taking
Clen and T3 and cycling them on/off, did it before in past, especially during the holidays to help burn excess calories, and also try to lower overall bodyfat % (presently at 190 lbs and 12% bf). I am taking multivitamins, drink excessive water, but I often tend to experience dry heaving when I am on my "on days" with this cycle. . .is this a common adverse event to this cycle???? I have tried to research this, but to my avail, no luck. I have never experienced this in the past. My diet consists of mainly lean protein and some complex carbs, and have a sufficient amount of fluid intake. If you have any info. please kick down some knowledge. . .greatly appreciated!!!!
2) Whenever I work on abs, I cramp up, even when I am clean (no supplements or cycles), and I eat so many bananas for potassium content, and drink tons of water, but still cramp to the point of unbearable pain during and throughout the day after the workout. . .so any ideas, or do you know why this may be occurring???? I don't hit abs anymore because I have post-trauma and anxiety on "supposedly ab days". . .LOL!!!!!
