I am a beginner trying to figure out the best cycle to start with. Unlike most people, I am not interested in bulking up too quickly- I don't want my gains to be too obvious to people who know me. I've been working out for about 6 months now, but I'm really frustrated with the poor results I've gotten. I constantly watch what I eat, I dring 2 or 3 protein shakes a day, and I do cardio 2 or 3 times a week, but my body still looks like a fairly average 30-year-old. Basically I want to add maybe 10 pounds of good quality muscle over a couple/few months. I have found that Dianabol is fairly easy to get online, it's really cheap (US$40 for 100 5mg tabs on one site), and it's an oral, which I definitely prefer. However, I am aware of its highly androgenic properties, as well as the havoc it plays on the liver. Question is, if I were to take Dianabol by itself, and lower the dosage from the usual 25+mg/day down to, say 10-15mg/day (like I mentioned, I don't want quick gains), would I see any results? And would I still be likely to have problems with gyno if I did not supplement with Proviron or Nolvadex? Any help is greatly appreciated. |

I would continue to train naturally there must be something wrong with your diet and training program. post your diet and training schedule just drinking 2-3 protein shakes a day doesnt constitute a good diet.

My diet is as high-protein as possible, and usually pretty low-fat. I generally eat about 5 times a day, and drink protein in the morning, after workouts, and sometimes at night. My workout schedule consists of about 30-45min/day, 5 days a week. Usually it's lifting on Mon/Wed/Fri and cardio on Tues/Thurs. I'm also trying to lose about 5-8 pounds from my gut, which is proving to be a challenge. Since I work out alone, I don't really have anybody to notice the small gains I HAVE gotten, with the exception of my wife (but I have to admit I'm not sure if she's just being nice). Honestly I work out really hard, and always to failure, and I stick to my schedule pretty strictly. I know that genetics have a huge bearing on individual results, and maybe I'm just being too hard on myself, but I get so frigging frustrated sometimes when I feel like I'm getting nowhere. One other thing I'm not too sure about is the fact that I lost a testicle to cancer a couple of years ago, and although the doctor said the other testicle was more than capable of keeping things regulated (sort of like losing a kidney I guess), I wonder sometimes if only having one testicle is inhibiting my body's ability to go into testosterone overdrive. Any comments? |

this is my opinion. by the time you do more research you would have been working out for another 6 months. so learn all you can about aas till then. and for gaining 10 pounds, first thing that caught my eye was your doing cardio...stop it.second, when i wana track my progress i use a fat caliper, a measuring tape, and a mirror if it is summer i go out in swim trunks and see if i turn heads, but not a scale. read all you can on this board and learn. ask questions and learn. good luck!
