Question about HCG

I see that it comes dried in amps along with the solvent. Where do you actually mix the two? Inside an amp? In your own empty vial? How do you keep it from spoiling once you've mixed it?

Break the amp with the powder, break amp with solvent, mix, put into vial, draw out air? Use what I need and put the rest in the fridge?

get some bac water to mix it it with-this way it will stay good for 60 days in fridge.

draw up 1ml of bac water and inject in to the powder-let it run down the side of bottle to reduce foaming.

then draw the solution you just mixed back in to the syringe and inject it in to the remaining 9ml of bac

this will give 500iu/ml

or you could mix it with a total of 5ml bac-this will give you 1000iu/ml

then you could measure 20unitts on slin pin to give you 500iu

That's a lot of bac water in the final solution, but it will work.

dfein has a point: Once I put my two cc (ml) of water onto the HCG, I can't fit my slin pin into the solution to draw it out, so I have to break away more of the glass from the neck. Not ideal but once I do that I can draw up the solution into 10 slin pins filled to 20 units each = 500 iu of HCG each.

I did this for the very first time today. Here is how I did it....

My HCG is 5000iu.
I threw away the solvent they sent, and ordered bacteriostatic water and empty vials.
I broke the amp open with the powder and using a 22g 1 1/2" 3ml pin, drew 1 ml of bac water then added it to the powder in the amp. After that dissolved, I used the same pin to draw the solution out of the amp. If you pay attention to the angle on the end of the needle, you can get damn near every bit out. Then I injected it into a sterile vial. Then I drew up 4 ml more bac water total, and injected that into the vial. So for every cc(ml), i have 1000iu. Since I am using 1/2 cc slin pins, I draw up 25 units and have 250 iu for 2x/wk injections.
