i've done two cycles per year in the past 3 years and it seems that it is more and more hard to grow like the first one. I usually take 750 mg of test e and 30 mg of dbol for 12 weeks. For the two last cycles i integrated tren e and tren a, it gives way more size but the sides are a bit annoying.. For this one i will like to use test e at 1500 mg per week and dbol at 50 mg ed for 6 weeks. Is it too much test?
I don't know about adding more gear to achieve your goal,where's it going to stop?
You may have to adjust you diet to justify more gains.
Food supplements,protein intake.
Meal timing and quality.
What have you done in these areas before you throw more gear at the problem?
Anything over 1 gram of Test is quite a bit for most. Maybe not for you. Test and Tren can usually help anyone get some great gains, unless their diet is not good or gear is not good.
As jasthace and unt0ld stated, maybe your diet. Might need more healthy calories on a daily basis to help with your gorwth.

You're not always going to grow like that. If we could, do you know how many 500 and 600lb monsters would be out there?

I am into week 6 of test only cycle at 1 gram per week. I start the cycle with test prop and tren a at 100 mg eod each for 4 weeks. By now, i put aprox . 15 pounds. working out 4 to 5 times a week ,one or two muscle group each workout , no cardio and eat a lot (5 to 6 meal a day, depend on my schedule).Maybe add dbol for the 6 next weeks, any advice?

15lbs isn't bad man. Not sure that I would add more. There is a good chance that you will just be adding on water. Just keep eating like you want to be 600lbs.

I've had quiet a bit of sucess lately going from just eating alot of tuna as my main source of protein.
To adding eggs to my tuna,in the form of an omelette that I cook every morning before I going to work.
1 x onion
1 x 425 gm can tuna[sifted}
6 x eggs
Then I throw another can of 425 gm tuna on top when finished.
I have'nt reasearched it but I have a feeling that the tuna is not a complete source of protien.
And the eggs add the extra aminos required for better metabolism.
With that change and the addition of BCAA at breakfast,post workout and before bed
Plus a few more carbs, my size and strength is going up
at quite a pleasing rate{11lbs-4 weeks} but qualitly gains,waist has stayed the same.{32"}

You have to remember, its not only that you have to add more aas to gain size. When you use these compounds, your pushing your body past its normal limitaions. You body has a set point that it likes to stay at. If you were a runner and you had that physique for a long time, then that is what your body liked to stay at. So, with each cycle, you are adding more and more muscle and mass and getting furter away from your set point than normal. So, each pound more you gain, its going to be that much harder. So, dont just assume you need to add more aas, just think, if you ate 6 meals a day and gained a lot of weight from the start, should you be eating the same amount of food now? you need to adjust to your current size. When i first strated, I could gain on 4-5 meals, now to see the same results, I will eat 8-9 sometimes even 10 times a day (waking up just to have a shake) because I have gained so much weight.
