Hey all, first post here but no stranger to gear or the forums relating to. The only cycle I've done so far was a 5-Week, Halodrol-50 cycle, ran with supporting supplements, and consisting of a Clomid/Nolva PCT. Short but a brief introduction cycle, I sure didn't want to start on dbol/test-e/ etc.. for my first. Anyways, about a year ago I had a snowboarding injury to my shoulder, specifically the AC joint. I still contain all movement, still capable of a good hard muay thai match, but it still contains a small amount of pain and just feels "weaker" than my other shoulder. Basically my question is, has there been any history of gear benefiting muscle injury? If so which types have been most beneficial? It's not horrific, I've been through physical therapy, stretch and work it out all the time, but I really want to get rid of this "weak" feeling and small amount of pain. I'm also willing to run a good cycle, but I'm open to ideas right now. As of right now I'm 5'10, 200lbs @ 13%BF. Thanks for your help. |

I have run Deca in a cycle to obviously put some size on, but I also chose it to help my bad shoulder. An injury is an injury, and AAS isn't really going to fix it for you. I personally DID find that using Deca did eliminate the pain I was experiencing and my right shoulder seemed to work much better, so much so, that by about 10 weeks, I was able to lift my max weights with no troubles at all from my shoulder. If you are running a cycle with a secondary goal of helping your shoulder, do some research on Deca and Eq |

I don't know if some of the more experienced guys on here would suggest using anything else, but I personally have started using Glucosamine recently to aid my joints. I'm on a new cycle next week and as I will no doubt be using some bigger weights by week 5 ) I thought it best to aid them as much as possible. As I said in my earlier post, I've had a shoulder injury, nothing bad, but it feels a bit iffy at the moment. It doesn't hurt, but I know it's not 100% so am supplementing to help out as much as I can |

Thankfully my shoulder pain went away after alot of training before i started my cycle. I've heard good things about Glucosamine, I do alot of "extreme" sports and I'm fairly hard on my joints, I think i may give it a run.
