when doing a 12 week cycle: is it better to stay on the same test for the full 12 weeks, or switch after six weeks to a different test? i am currently doing sust but am wondering if i should run it for 12 weeks or 6 then cyp for 6?? thanks foany help. doing deca with it.

You will probally hear 20 different things. But i think your fine with 12 weeks of Sus 250. I normally do 20 week cycles and switch at 10 weeks i just think with the longer cycle you give your body more time to accept the newly added muscle.

before i answer your question, i have a question for you.

what would be the reason for switching? they're both long acting tests. sometimes guys switch in the last 2 weeks to something like prop so that they can get to their PCT quicker. seems like you have enough sust to last the 12 weeks.

so to answer your question, no its not better. i dont think its any worse, but why bother. stick to the sust.

thanks for the input guys. the only reason i would switch is because i take sust more frequent because i wanna take advantage of the prop.so switching to the cyp would cut down on the pokes.

test is test. the only difference is the ester. So unless you're worried about clearance time, you dont have to worry about the type of test.
