Question on aspirating.

Just out of curiousity, how does one go about aspirating after sticking a needle is their glute? It feels like I need a third hand!

As funny as this may sound, I've been getting my mum to aspirate for me when I inject in my glutes. I tried once, but I noticed that the needle got bumped, tilted on an angle and my ass was killing for over a week, I think i tore muscle fibres.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

No tricks to give you.....just practice..use your thumb to push the plunger. Use other sites that you can reach better and save glutes for when you have help...that's what i do.

Your Mom...Cool,,,After diapering you I guess this is a natural step in your relationship,,,What I do is reach around, grip the barrel with my fingers, use the thumb from the same hand and push the plunger up,,,If its a good stick you'll feel it pulling to snap back into place,,,Let go off the plunger(keep your grip on the syringe),,,It should snap back into place,,,That means there was a vacuum inside and not blood,,,On the other er hand if the plunger comes out easily and it doesn't snap back then its filled with blood,,,Remove and inject somewhere else,,,This is a way of doing it without seeing the syringe,,,VDC

The best way to do it with one hand is have the thumb and pointing finger holding the stem right up to the butt of the syringe...and you do a pinch like roll and will be able to aspirate with just one hand....take a real close look at how "spotinjection" guys hold there syringe and you will see what I mean.....

I stand in front of the bathroom mirror, reach around behind my back with the hand on the opposite side to steady the needle and pullback on the plunger with the hand on the side I'm injecting. I hope that is clear.

Damn how in the hell can you reach around with your other hand? I cant do that shit, bakc gets in hte way. I just use one hand and kind of flick the plunger with the nail of my thumb then push it in. Man when i have over 2ml of liquid its so damn hard to get my short as thumb on top of the plumger, then my forarm/thumb gets cramped up half way through. Thats why i shoot bi's/tri's delts

Just shoot in the delts or quads, much easier. And, delt shots actually hurt less than glute shots for me. Maybe because I can massage it better after the shot, and work that area more.

Hahhahaha, I know what you mean by the cramps! It seems that shooting my ass is a workout on its own! Thanks alot for the replies guys! I think i'll leave my ass alone for the next few weeks and hit the traps! Mwah! Luv yaZ all!

Aspirating doesnt take much effort, just a flick of the thumb should be enough for you to tell if you've hit a vein. As much of a pain as it may be, after a few times it'll become second nature.

I've been using AAS since 1991, and I can count on one hand how many times I've aspirated.
