Default question on gyno surgery

what kind of doctor would i have to go to get gyno surgery performed. How long will I be unable to work out for and is there any scaring for people who have had it done. Any ideas of what i should say to the doctor. Any answers are appreciated.

You would go to a plastic surgeon. If in the NYC area you can check out Dr. Nadler www.drnadler.com I have virtually no scarring. If done right, you shouldn't have that much scaring as they cut a semicircle incision around your nipple so the scar will hopefully just blend in with your nipples. You might get a couple lil scars from the liposuction holes; mine went away completely

You will need to take up to a couple of weeks off from training and start back very light. Scarring for me was minimal...I did not have a plastic surgeon do mine...just a regular MD...it is not that complicated of a procedure...as far as saying anything to the doc...you dont have to tell him shit...just tell him you have gynocamastia and you would like it cut out...now if you are putting it on your insurance...you definately need to keep your mouth shut!

Default gyno surgery

Had mine done about 4 years ago. The doc did such a good job it is not even noticable! I told my doctor that I had a little bump on my nipples for years. I then told him that when I was wrestling in college someone squeezed the shit out of my nipple and twisted it. I told him the pain in my nipple would not go away. The doc didnt say anything about gyno until he was taking it out. He just asked me if I heard about that olympic weightlifter who got caught using steroids, I simply replied no and then bit my lip. Insurance covered everything!
