is there anything you can take to help this..i know with regular gyno you can take novaldex, but i don't know much about this kind?

bromo i think it is spelled bromochriptine? or something like that you can prob do a search and find it pretty easily

Vitex bro.

Let me say it again - VITEX.

Pick some up at your local GNC for like 8 bucks. It will turn that ichy nipple into a non-ichy nipple.... but it wont reverse the gyno. -ES

B6 is my favorite due to its efficacy and its safety. B6 at 200mg/day for preventative and 200mg 3x/day to treat symptoms.

Bromo and Vitex MAY help prevent progesterine gyno.... but if you've already got it..the only thing that I'm aware of that may reverse it is the Ru486 (the morning after birth control pill)
