Hey guys, I know you must get lots of newbies with lots of questions, so bear with me lol. As an introduction I am 20 yrs. old, 6'2" 190lbs. Slender/lean build, toned, in-shape, well-defined abdomen. What I would really like to do is put on 20 pounds of muscle. In particular I want to increase my pec size and biceps, both of which are not my strongest areas, I mean they are OK as I try hard to maximize them but I want them to be more prominent. I am used to hard work in the gym and know steroids et al are not magic and require a lot of hard work. So if this would be something that would help me acheive my goals, I would really be interested in you guys input. I only want moderate results, so I guess moderate steroids/hormal supplements/whatever is sufficient. I am not into bodybuilding or seriously into athletics, this is more for personal reasons. Also I do not want anything like hair loss or acne, so again moderate is fine and what I am looking for. So I guess in short, what do you guys recommend for beginners looking for moderate results. Hmm.First off if you are not "SERIOUSLY" into bodybuilding or powerlifting you shouldnt be using steroids.For the most part if you are the kind of guy who wants to have a decent build then its not impossible to do it naturally. How long have you been working out? What kind of a nutrition plan do you follow? What kind of a training split are you using? Are you doing this just to get laid? Not trying to jump on your balls but i have seen far too many guys not serious about this stuff and they go around using drugs.In general most guys shouldnt be using drugs until they have developed their bodies as much as they can naturally.

A simple cycle such as 500 mgs Test(a week), 400 mgs Eq or deca(a week) and 30 mgs Dbol a day for around 10 weeks would be a good cycle for you.Along with 20 mgs nolvadex a day if you are sensitive to Gyno.Of course Hcg and clomid would be required when its time to come off. If there are any other questions feel free to post them. You still didnt say what kind of a workout and nutrition protocol you follow.

If you're not seriously into bodybuilding, then you're not seriously into diet and nutrition, and if you're not seriously into the above, then you shouldn't be anything close to serious about touching AAS. I'm not steering you away from it, fuck it, it's your body, you do what you want with it. But at the end of the day, I guarantee you'll be rather dissapointed in the results you get. You don't take me as someone who's commited. You said that you know steroids aren't a magic drug. Well if you're not serious about bodybuilding, ummmmm how do you expect to grow? You just contradicted yourself buddy!

Unless you call yourself a bodybuilder or athlete of some kind, I would not recommend steroids. Lots of guys on here consider themselves bodybuilders but do not compete. You can accomplish alot with a CONSISTANT diet and training program, Just give it time. If you have or after you have stuck it out for naturally for 3-5 years, then consider steroids. Dont just jump into it after a year of training. These are ILLEGAL drugs you are dealing with and should not be taking lightly. Reading info on these boards make things real tempting.....weigh your decision carefully. For a first cycle I would recommend 500mg test for 8 weeks...followed up with proper Post Cycle Therapy(PCT) |

As stated Primobolan will work well for minor to moderate quality gains. For asthetic purposes though and to save alot of cash i would just go with 400mg of eq per week for about 12 weeks. Steady gains of quality muscle with very little side effects if any, and it is a whole lot cheaper than primo which is in my opinion highly overrated. You could do a cycle like desi described but for your goals i really see no point at all.

By not being serious into bodybuilding I mean I am not looking to have huge popping veins or muscles like Arnold Schwarz... in his steroid prime. I am very much into weightlifting and working out at the gym, though. I do not compete competitively in any sports, thus this not being athletic related. I was thinking about it and maybe the reason I have problems gaining mass is because I run so much, I run five times a week 2-3 miles each time. I have been doing that for years because at in my mid teens I was a wee bit chubby. I follow a fairly good diet (maybe a lil too much junk food) and eat a whole lot, basically as much as I like. As for my build it is a "swimmer's build" really, ectomorph is right, the flat chest/basically no pecs thing and slender arms is what I want to improve upon the most. I have an easier time developing my legs and abdomen! And no I do not eat every two to three hours, but maybe I should try that. As for these drugs you all are mentioning, I don't really know what they are or where to get them and what to do when I get them. Any info or links would be helpful. And maybe this isn't the right thing for me, but I wouldn't have known if I hadn't asked. Still kinda interested tho.

| Yet another person, who simply wishes to have an attractive physique and appearance by conventional standards, and highly values the condition of his skin and hair, would be poorly served by the advice to use Sustanon or Dianabol at any dose. The likely worsening of his skin and possible acceleration of hair loss would not be worth it. He would be better served with a milder drug, which would allow him to achieve his goals with minimal cosmetic or health risk. This is me... |

Hang out and read...learn....research. Maybe someone should make a sticky about things to consider before using AAS. Such as diet, sleep, training program, personal goals, side effects...etc. I know it is all in other posts but there seem to be so many questions like this. Maybe just a quick overview of the considerations to taking AAS.

second similar thread ive responded to tonight...I think the problem is too many people want to take a shortcut to lookin ripped and strong, they dont want to stick by my personal number one key to lifting, discipline.....If you really want to get big brian, i mean honestly (you hear this shit alot but i promise youll see awesome gains if you dont already do this) you will get nice ass gains if you start eating clean as hell, and eating a shit load of protein....chicken, fish (tuna & salmon personal faves), turkey, ect......Basically eat a shitload of protein with minimal sugars and low salts.... throw away all your freezer and microwave foods and start eating chicken breasts and shit, and hit the weight room hard... Youll grow like never before....then once this stops come back through the board...... |
