Week 1 of pct. Do you guys split up your 40mg of nolva or take it all at once?

I take half in the morning and the other before bed...

I do it all in one shot before bed. Its half life is a few days isnt it? so i dont htink it amkes a difference...

Take it all at once, breaking it up should not effect it. Why are yu taking 40mgs? I've always been told anything over 20mgs is pointless for nolva.

a little less stress on the liver depending on dosage if you split it. I would split 40.

Its true that the HPTA receives no added benefit from any dose over 40mg but you can still get increased estrogen blockage in other areas of the body if you go over 20mg. Just look at some of the studies conducted in post menapausal breast cancer patients, they run those doses to the freakin' moon!
