hello, i have been a member of this site now for about 3 years, (under a different name), and have been readin lots about AAS. I'm 20 years old, and have been told to stay away from AAS for a few years, until your done growing. Well i have not grown an inch since i was 16, so i figure im done. But i kinda of always considered my self "done growing" once i had complete facial hair, which i still do not. i have thick chin hair which i shave daily, but beside scraggily next hairs and a greasy moustache, i have not much facial hair at all. I find it very hard to gain clean mass. I am 5'7, 155 lbs, pretty low bf%. my looks are deceiving, i look like i weigh, a lot, a lot more, but for whatever reason im very light. i bench around 250, squat 400ish, and am looking for a little "boost". Something mild, somethin oral. somethin that puts on lean mass. So i was thinking Winstrol. a) what are your thoughts on doin a small cycle of it. b) i have read a lot about it, but find the aas world very confusing, due to all the scientific terms., but pretty much, would a 6 week cycle of winny fuse a person's growth plate? please help me out, and feed back is appreciate. thx again |

i have been reading on and off haha, not straight reading. i'd be very knowledgeable after 3 years lol. but seriously, i do know more than the avergae joe, its just i dont understand some of the scientific stuff, and i do know about anavar. its juts ive had a close buddy do winstrol and it leaned him out very very nicely, while have some decent size gains. and i do know about anavar, i just dont hear much about people using it, and the site says its a pretty mild anabloic, best to stack it with dbol or somethin, but wouldnt stackin it with dbol just be hell for ur liver? also, i just read this sites profile on it, and it says it thinks primo is a superior product? cheaper, without the liver problems? maybe stack primo with d-bol? im not looking to get huuuuge, nor huuuge quick, like lots of first timers i read on hear. I have always worked out, been very very active, and ate well since i was younger i started caring abotu fitness. I would rather make lean gains and keep them, with a lower BF than just take dbol or somethin like somepeople i know have and just eat like a horse, and gain lots of dirty weight. thx for the reply dennis |

Anyway you're ideas as to a mild cycle are not so good. Dennis's choice of var and a low dose of test is probably the road you wanna take. 20 y.o. is fine to start a cycle for most people IMO. But as always any steroid is only as good as the food you give it. Post a diet maybe?

You need to wait. It doesn't matter how good you think your diet is, if you are 155lbs you really don't know what a good diet is for your intended goals. Post up a day out of your diet ![]() Be honest because the only person you will hurt is yourself. HDH

wow am i getting tired of this. my diet is fine. i know im only goin to hurt myself if i lie. im not an uneducated, naive kid. im just asking for experts opinion. its one thing to read logs and to read scientific info on the stuff, but in my books i prefer hearing, from guys like me, wats tried tested and works good. can someone please answer my last question? and my day to day diet consists of this, with little variation. breakfast: oatmeal, glass of juice snack: protein bar lunch: tuna sandwhich, vegetables, glass of juice snack:granola bar dinner: 2 chicken breasts, veggies, and something else tiny, be it a few perogies, a little pasta, a salad etc. i drink tons of water, as i am very active at work (im an electrician) and play ice hokcey and ball hockey year round. i have 2 protein shakes a day, one being before bed. an example of how i said my looks are decieving, the other day while at the fair sort of the thing our city puts on every year, they have a guy that can supposedly guess everyones weight within 3 lbs or something. so we stayed and watched, and suprisingly, he was insanely accurate every time. he almost bang on got all my friends, then when i got up, he guess 168. and im 155. |

You're getting tired of it? Do you know what it's like to sit here day after day and try to help people that just don't have a clue and won't listen? Do you know how many guys think they know what they're doing but don't and then start blaming the gear and calling sources scammer and start rumors that ruin reps for these guys? Get real. You want help but won't listen to the help that you need to hear. Don't you realize that people that do know what they're doing can see through someone that doesn't. It's the people that do listen that make it worth it. Your diet is so far off it's not even funny. You have no concept of what kind of diet it takes to reach your goals. If you use aas it will be useless because you will end up back at 155 after the cycle because you have no concept of what it takes. Spend some time in the Diet / Nutrition Forum. HDH

If you're not going to help yourself, don't expect anyone else to help. AAS has nothing to do with MAGIC. You can take them all you want but if you have no clue about diet, training and proper rest, you won't get anything out of it. How do I know you have no clue?.....Because you are 20 years old at 155lbs and you think you have hit a plateau. The problem is you. You should be able to gain very well at your age IF YOU KNOW HOW TO DIET, TRAIN, and REST PROPERLY. BTW- You didn't see that coming because you have no clue that there's anything wrong with it ![]() HDH

dude im not fuckin dumb i havent hit a plateau. ive maybe hit one mentally. every few months i need a little kick to get me motivated again. .............................. and how am i not helping myself? u cannot tell me that diet is as ridiculous as u stated. and thats not even a complete diet, thats a brief summary, typed out in 20seconds. can some one just please answer me few simple q's? |
