Quick question..

I just started my 5th week of Test enanthate. I experienced puffy nipples/sensativity so i started taking nolva 40mgs a day.. today, i start to notice a small lump and pain in my right one.. that wasnt even there when i woke up. What should i do? theres no way im stopping this cycle but would like to turn this gyno around real quick.. I also have some letro on hand but would like to try and get rid of it just using the nolva.

Also, does it matter when you take the nolva? over the weekend (thurs-sunday) i visited my friend in syracuse, obviously went out and partied which isnt a good idea while on cycle, but i rarely see him. I was taking the nolva at night instead of when i first woke up.

it does not matter when you take nolvadex, it has a long half-life that is well over 24hours ... gyno is an intersting little fucker, to put it politely ... i got a lump under my left nipple when i was on test enanthate/dbol and deca ... i dropped the dbols - and started with a relatively moderate dose of nolva ... my lump would dissappear when i woke up - and reappear at night - the little prick did this for 4days .. after which it simply became smaller and the lump dissappeared - i took nolva for 2weeks to make sure it didnt come back ... my suggestion - observe the gyno - touch it, feel the size of the lump - if it does not get smaller in the next 4/5 days to a week ... use letrozole ... its the only product i know that will reverse gyno ...

40 to 80mgs is a good dose to start ... i started at 60mgs ... when i felt it had subsided i slowly tapered off it ... 60 then 40 then 20 then 10 ... if you caught it when it just sprang up your in the clear man ... as long as its not progesterone related (deca, tren ... what have you)

if that doesnt work ... use letro and andractim gel (topical DHT cream) - get back to us in a few days ... im sure the other bros have their own recommendations ... you should be fine, you seem to have caught it at the right time ... now its just controlling the estradiol ...

How many cycles have you done in past,did you have gyno before,how much test are you using,did you use a kick start ? Why do you not want to use the letro ?

This is my first cycle. I dont wanna use the letro cause i hear its not too good for you and may cause you to lose some gains/not recieve them. If i were to take it, if the nolva doesnt work in a few days.. what kind of dosage should i consider? The lump is still there, so this might be my only way out.

Of course it would, any AI should be started immediately with the Nolvadex. The nolvadex will help to stop the effects almost immediately while the AI will take a little time to be effective.

Note on Nolvadex is that it's biphastic (as most drugs are) are its main half life (high activity time) we are concerned with is 17 hours with a peak in 5 hours. It's elimination half-life is around 7+ days though and a steady-state level of it takes several weeks to obtain. But again, the main number we are concerned with regarding getting levels up and doing their job is 17 hours so once or twice daily to obtain its benefits in the short term.

Excellent advice already given....
The dosages used in clinical trials (to reduce tumors, not gyno) is 2.5 mg/day, tapering down by .5 mg every 7 days or something like that...but this protacol would definitely bring estrogen levels down to completely undetectible levels in most people pretty damn quick and keep em there for a long time. I know guys who have used it @ 1 mg/day and tapered down by .25 mg every 5 days with excellent results. You do want to taper it no matter what dose you use to avoid the rebound effect. I would go ahead and use it...a few weeks on it wont seriously hinder your gains, and its hard to find training bra's in size 44.

Hmmmm, so thats why everyone told me to take Clomid once a day and divide the nolva into two dosages for PCT....makes sense now, thanks for the info.
