Smile readying for a second cycle

My first cycle was six weeks of 250sos/wk. That was four years ago and I gained about ten pounds and kept most of it. I then did a cycle of 1-ad/4-ad and gained 20 pounds. I kept about ten of that.
I'm 28, lifted moderately for 8 years. I'm 5'11" and weigh 190lbs. I'm in great physical condition joint and ligament speaking. I bench 365 naturally if that helps.

I want to keep my next cycle simple yet effective. I'm not looking to be a monster. I want to get up to 205 or so and keep most if not all of it.
I had a horrible time bouncing back to a regular sexual function after the prohormone cycle. I'll never do that again.

Question: What cycle would you recommend for me. I've done a lot of research and I'm pretty sure I want to stay away from deca.

Question 2: What supplement (over the counter) is best for recovering natural test after a cycle.

Question 3: Where the f*ck can I get some gear??

500mg/week enan 400mg/week eq will probably suit you pretty well. not much for otc stuff tht will help you recover nat. test levels. your source (if you find one ) should be able to supply you with pct stuff, ie hcg, nolva, clomid, depending on what type of cycle you decide to run

Answer #1: 500mg of Test cypionate EW for 10-12 weeks, 400mg of EQ EW for 10-12 weeks, and if you want 30mg of D-bol the first 4 weeks to give it kick. Have Nolvadex or Arnidex on hand and Proscar if you have MPB problems. I would also take 400-600mg of R-Isomer Lipoic Acid ED and Liv52 2-3X ED.

Answer #2: Forget OTC, post cycle shoud look somthing like this: 10-14 days after last injection run 500-1000ius of HCG for 5-7 days, next week Clomid 100mcg ED for 7 days then 50mg Clomid for the last seven.

Answer #3: Many, many places.
