Really confused

I have been refured to the sticky notes and previous posts but find myself more confused then ever. I don't want to stack anything I just want to do about three weeks of d=ball oraly. Still don't know what test is. Is that your first cycle. I know it's bad for liver, I have milk thisle to take with it. Im not going to go more then three week on it. The recomondation I read was to not take it for more than 6 week at a time without going off for at least that amount. Should I take some anti estrogen suplement with it. I know quite a bit about training in the gym but find this really confusing. Information overload!!!

I guess I should be more spicific. What Im really asking is If I take about 20mg in the morning every day for three weeks. Will I be ok. Sorry for pestering you guys. It's just there's not a lot of expert advice or any for that matter where I live Steroid are frowned apon.

First off taking only d-bol for 3 weeks will do you no good you will piss the little bit of muscle gained away the minute you stop taking it,since i assuming this is your first cycle injectables are best at this stage and you should never really run orals alone anyway.Test is always the best first cycle usually at 500mgs a week for 10-12 weeks followed by proper PCT.But i would do a little more research if i were you first.

As rpg stated, a dbol-only cycle for 3 weeks wont do you any good.

My suggestion would be to continue reading for another 6 months and then you will be able to answer your own question, know what test is, and be able to figure out how to set up a cycle on your own. There is a lot of information to understand, but you should know what youre putting in your body and what effect it has.

Confusion really happens when you go out for a good night on the town and wake up the next morning with a dude in womens attire. Yup it did happen to a visiting friend of mine just the other day, and yup this has got nothing to do with the anabolic question other than to add some further insight as to what "confusion" really is.

test is testosterone. there are a few different esters of it which have different properties, for simplicity you would want to use test enanthate, 500mg a week. youd only have to inject once per week. make sure you have nolvadex on hand. and your going to need to do pct too. would you please read "phreezers first cycle sticky" at the top of the forum. it says everything you'll need to know. if you want to run a dbol only cycle im guessing its because you're afraid of needles, dont waste your time and money with an oral only cycle, do it right or dont do it at all.
