Default Really short cycles

I'm intrigued by the idea of running a really short cycle (3-4 weeks). And maybe even multiple short cycles - 3 on 3 off 3 on etc. I like the idea of few sides and little to no pct. But - I'm wondering just how effective can a really short cycle be. Anybody out there run one? If so, how were your results and what did you run?

the theory behind short cycles is go in hard and leave...quickly. meaning, high doses for 2 weeks(this is what i consider a short cycle). i'll be running one in the near future. my normal dose is 500-750mg/wk of enanthate. for the short cycle, i will run 1000mg/wk of suspension. now if my math is correct, that like running about 1400mg/wk of enanthate.

as for the sides, i would imagine that the sides would be worse for the 2 weeks...much higher doses. however, you're correct that recovery would be a lot easier. but make no mistake about it...if you run it for 4 weeks, you'll most likely be shut down. i believe the "little to no recovery" that you wrote about pertains to the 2 weekers.

from what i've read, gains are anywhere from 5-10lbs.

have a nice day

Default Tds-288... Wtf?

Joey... hey buddy.

Why dont you tell these folks what kind of suspension you will be using?... ;-)

BTW I love hard & quick cycles... I go as far a 4 weeks and dont seem to have any problem bouncing back (using only vitex) -ES

short cycles are good, because they allow the body to recover faster, and thus you can fit more cycles in per year. If you gain 5-10lbs per short cycle, and keep most of it, and you are able to do 5 cycles per year, you do the math. It works.
Best gear to use: tren, prop, winny, durabolin, or ANY fast acting ester. I did a dbol/tren/prop for 2wks once. gained 14lbs. pretty good imo....but the thing is you gotta eat like a freak.

Thanks for the info guys. I'll probably take the plunge sometime this fall (i'm 3 weeks into a long cycle now and need to recover fully once i'm off). Anybody else care to comment on short cycles as well?

If you haven't read Building the Perfect Beast i would buy it because it will help you in designing shorter cycles.

what a bunch of nonsense this is one of those fly by night gone by tommorow theries, that just so happend to stick around too long, your body needs time to grow these quick fix strategies do nothing but leave you with empty pockets and empty dreams.period, im not saying this cause im against it im saying it to tell youive tried it in the past and ran 100mg/tren a day, 100mg/suspension/day/100mg/winny a day, 50mg/prop a day and yes gained 10lbs in 2 weeks keep 0 threw my hormones out of whack completly, walked around miserably depressed, from a withdraw like reaction, and had terrible acne, my advise stick to the basics 8-16 week cycles that revolvcce around 1000 mgs of total steroids a week youll feel good look better and save yourself from the shit that follows after those cycles, these so called"doctors" "wanna be gurus" are just a bunch of dumbasses trying too get rich and sad too say some do, well ihopefully you wont try it i tried my best

Obviously you weren't prepared when coming off cycle. Did you run any type of estrogen/cortisol suppression protocol following this cycle. I've been making the best gains of my life doing 28 day protocols. My personal favorite is tren 300mg/wk, prop 600mg/wk for 2wks and then switching out the tren for nandrolone phenylpropionate at 300mg/wk and continuing the prop at 600mg/wk for the last 2 weeks. Recovery has always been fine using clomid and arimidex post-cycle and running nolvadex for days 14-28 during cycle.

Great post Skywalk. I will be doing on my next cycle a two week cycle that will contain Prop, Adrol and something else. I'm not quite sure yet. Bulk is my goal but I would like to retain my gains and Adrol isn't effective in keeping gains from what I have read.

Any info would be appreciated

thanks!
