Reducing puffy nips not caused by AAS...

Here's the situation: I'm 20 and have never used any AAS. I tried M1T for 5 days at 20mg/day and while it did increase my weight (mostly water), it also made my nips itch a lot so I discontinued the use. Now, I had pubescant gynecomastia and had two lumps removed 2 years ago but my nips are still somewhat puffy (they were before the surgery a lot, and they still are somewhat now but not as badly). You can tell that I lift weights and my bodyfat is about 10% (I have a six pack of abs and some decent definition).
Now, here's the question: would nolvadex be useful in reducing the puffiness of the nips? Is there any way besides icing them constantly (not a real option) to make them lay flat against my chest instead of puffed out? Remember, I'm already lean and have already had surgery once, and I'd rather not repeat it. Or would arimidex work? Any ideas?

Only thing I know of that will work is cosmetic surgery.

You should've been taking nolvadex with the M1t. If you take 40 mgs a day for a few weeks it should minimize your gyno.
