So you don't like needles. Did you ever stop to think that maybe AAS is not for you? Have you read any of the sticky notes? I think you can find some good info there. I would be a little better armed with knowledge before I began an all oral cycle, but hell, if you hate your kidneys and liver, go right ahead.

you can drink it as 90% of people do,,has the same effect as injecting,,at 1cc per day it would be a 6 wk cycle but I would bump it up to 2cc per day myself considering it's probably underdosed. I was doing a cc per day a few wks ago and had some good results though I was stacking it with other things,,but I'm not going to sit here and tell you that you'll have to take something else with it because I've seen firsthand guys gaining 15-20pds on ref b alone.

Go to a health food store and buy some empty caps. then inject the amount you want to take in them. This way you don't have to deal with the taste . You don't want to shot it, it burns like a mother...............11
Dirty stuff and tastes like ass but good results if you can through in some test. If this is all you have, I would suggest waiting. If you just want a little boost, 1cc/day with good nutrition will do the job.
Oh and Mike, if you do what the Bro said about injecting the Rev into caps.....don't inject them all at once. I had a dumb ass friend that did that and sudddenly realized the caps will melt. He wasted 20cc. Later

Absolutely do NOT inject Ref, like 11 said it burns man...wouldn't be the smartest thing you did. Also the gel cap story is too funny cuz way back in the day I did the same thing and when I came home the shit had leaked all over my bureau. If you do want to bring the gelcaps preloaded, you have to keep them very cool i.e. like in a ziploc bag against one of those ice packs you would put in your lunch bag for work. I've gotten good gains from Ref-B, not many people talk about it but it is very effective and for the price you can't complain.
