Default Rest periods between sets reduced while on.Why?

I (and many other guys i know) dont seem to require as much rest between heavy sets when on an anabolics cycle.Usually i go by feel.If i am going heavy on squats it would take a me a few minutes to go back under the bar,if its barbell curls then it would only be a like a minute or so.But in either case in my current cycle(250 mgs test n 100 mgs tren EOD) my need for rest periods but sets has reduced drastically.Im not the only one who noticed this.Exactly why does this occur?

I think there a more of the substrates cells need for energy are available to the muscle and it recovers faster between max efforts... ATP-PC and glyoclytic pathways have more of what they need.. In addition to giving the muslce more of what it does need I think it removes or delays the onset of the negative things that build up...namely lactic acid from the breakdown of glycogen to glucose
someone can say this better I'm sure.

Bro,

When I was taking tren, the lower back pumps would almost cripple me. I had to lay on the floor on my back between sets. I actually spent more time trying to stretch my back between sets that it takes me when I am off. I am on Sust and EQ now, only for a week, so I can't really comment, but no crippling back pumps yet. I squat tonight, could change by tomorrow.

Interesting you call them pumps... I've experienced them and I thought of them more as big cramps, but maybe a painful pump. Anyway, it was usually a sign to me that I needed to drink more water. Usually when I did, the back pain was not a problem. I'm not sure this is the only cause, but it was usually the solution for me. I suppose stacking with Anadrol didn't help, but no such problems this time around. Keep hydrated!
