Although I have not tried it personally I have read alot about it. It seems to work better than the short acting hgh since your circualting levels of gh stay high 24/7. However the same thing that makes it work so well can be detrimental to your recovery.

Most people use standard hgh or short acting hgh in the am so that it clears the system by the time you go to bed and therefore does not impede natural production.

When using a depot style hgh like Supra you will be suppressing your natural production and depending upon how long you do so, you could have difficulties recovering.

so you are saying that supra and nutropin GH suck? The cats over at elite love it. Doesnt any gh restrict your own production i talked a mod over at elite and he said it does.
