The difficulty in creating a "Scammers List" is that scammers are not established businesses that will stay in place long enough to develop a well known reputation as a scammer. Instead they fly by night and are constantly changing their face to attract new uneducated, unsuspecting victims. Here today gone tomorrow, only to re-appear as something else.
No, in fact a scammers list would do absolutely no good. As the only names that would regularly appear on the list are legit businesses whose customers have had their shipment siezed and are bitter over it. A scammers list would turn into a flaming forum for impatient youngsters to complain about online pharmacies in the same way they complain about their parents.
