Alright I got off my First cycle about 3 wks ago and am getting ready to start my Second cycle in about a week. My first cycle was just 600mg/wk of Deca every 4th day. I gained ALOT off of that, stretch marks/ great strength gains, real noticable upperbody gains. For my Second cycle I was thinking of doing 500mg/wk of Test E every 4th day plus 300mg/wk of Deca every other time I inject the Test. So 1 a week Deca twice a week Test. Let me know what you think or any suggestions of other things I should take.

oh first cycle was 5 wks, second will be 10 wks!
Ok bro, First of all why did you run deca by itself? WHy did you only run a 5 week cycle? Second of all, did you do PCT after that cycle? 4 weeks is a very short time between cycles especially if you used deca b/c it stay active in your body for up to 3 weeks meaning it should just now be stopping working in your body. All this doesnt make much sense bro. Plus you are planning on using almost a gram of test/wk which is WAYY too much for just your second cycle, unless i read your post wrong and its just 500 mg per week which would be every seven days, which would be just fine. I dunno i could be wrong but it doesnt look like you have done enough research or know really what you are doing but who knows. Not a flame just tryin to help ya out with what i know.
For the second cycle I am gonna take a total of 500mg/wk split into 2 injections of 250mg every 4th week, sorry I made that confusing. As for only taking Deca, your right I had not done my research, a buddy of mine sold it to me and told me what to do, after which I began researching. Yea I know very dumb, but whatever. luckily for pct I had done some research at that point and took clomid 300mg first day, then 100mg/day for 2-14, then am taking 50mg/day 15-28. Want to start Second cycle when that is done.
run the test at 500 per week and the deca at 400 per week - shoot each twice a week - just mix them in one syringe - run this for eight weeks min 10 weeks would be better

Alright now that sounds a lot better. Yea i My first cycle was a dumb ass one like yours (Dbol) only, oh well. I agree with what the other guys say, plus i say 10 weeks.
Hey thanks for the advice guys! The deca is 300mg though so measuring 200mg is kinda a bitch. any tips for this? Also, This is a newb Question but I have never mixed before, could someone Please go through the process of doing this for me.

draw your test than your deca and inject. i draw with a 18g, this is so i dont have to push air into the vials. but dont inj with the 18g.
I'll bump Jays advice - all you do when you mix is draw both into one syringe bro - I always use a seperate draw pin though so my shooter is nice and sharp - Jay's advice is good to use a larger pin to draw but I just use the same size 23 gauge as I use to shoot.
