Second cycle Question...Please advise...

My next cycle is going to be:
500mg Test Eth/wk
400mg EQ/wk
50mg Dbol Weeks 1-4

Should I take it all in one day or should I split it up into 2 times a week.
Is a 4 week on/4 week off cycle better than an 8 week on/8 week off cycle? Thanks Alot!!

for starters EQ is not that quick to start working you will be wasting your time if you dont use it for at least 12 weeks strate it produses good gains but its more of a steady gain not an all at once gain like deca or test would be. my advice to you would be 12 on 12off deca and sustanon. i say 12 beacuse you need time to get aquanted with your new muscal and less than12 weeks wont give you time to ajust and youl just lose it right away

also supliment this with anti estrogen treatment at the end of the cycle
