Second Cycle - test, deca, dbol

Hi guys. Please give me any comments or suggestions on this..
I'm 30, 5'10", 180lbs, 10%. One previous cycle with Test E only.

week
1-12 Test E 400 mg
1-10 Deca 200 mg
1-4 Dbol 20mg ED

1-14 hCG 250iu every 3 or 4 days
1-14 Arimidex
15-19 PCT: Aromasin, Nolvadex

I'm keeping the dosages relatively low because I had good results with just 400mg Test E in my first cycle.
I may bump the Dbol up to 30 or 40 mg, but I will start at 20 since it's my first time using it.

Bump the deca to a minimum of 300 mgs.I would not take the adex unless i got bloated or had gyno symptoms.

Personally, I would take the test at 500mg and the Deca at 400mg.

I started about the same four weeks ago
Test Cyp 400mg
Deca 400 mg
D-bol, started at 25mg to see how i reacted(2 days) then went to 40 mg ed,now for the last week 50mg ed.
So far i feel great , no sides, great pumps, and no Deca Dick! Every one will say different things but if you at least run Test and Deca one to one you should not have any problems.Keep in mind that every one is different and to listen to your body. I have run Test and Deca at one to one before and in ten weeks had no problems.

I was going to keep the Deca low because of its reputation as being very suppressive (and because I only have 1 vial). I will either bump it to 300 or not use it at all.

Hey wuzzup guys... I'm starting a cycle of deca 300(10 shots) test 300(15 shots) and dianabol 5mg(200 tabs), but the deca I have doesnt seem legit. I was thinking of buying the yellow top decas(organon 2ml=200mg) from anabolicpharma but i dont know if it might be legit or safe, what do u guys recomend to buy it from the site or to get elsewhere...please help
