I had the exact same issue, fuckn sucks, painful...you can actually see your ab muscles contract and pullupward. Mine started when i started
hGH at 1.5....the up to 3IU per day. I started taking the following in addition to my multi's and glucosomine.
2 Twinlab Potassium capsules (90mg each) twice daily.
2 Coral Calcium capsules (Bob Barefoot product) twice to three times daily.
I was drinking about 2 gallons of water a day...i was flushing my system too much. I cut back to a gallon or a little less and added in some gatorade.
TOTALLY DID THE TRICK. THIS SHOULD WORK FOR YOU.If you need to take more potassium you can. Eat your potatoes and bannanas too!
