the only gear that gave me cramps was d-bol...but it was in the lower back, but hey everyones different.even if your on a multi if you drink alot of water (in excess) you can flush out your body too much.which could be a potassium level too low.try the pot. supplement or have a bannana, and see if that helps.

Pple often forget magnesium too when they take supps for cramps. Dont be one of them. How often do you train your abs and what do you do when you train them? whats your sodium intake like?

I train them 3 tpw I do flat machine crunches. Sodium intake is not bad between all the eggs I eat and I'll add it to my food untill I'm ready to really lean out. Between my multi and sup shake it looks like I get plenty of mag. I guess with everything else I take I'll add some more potassium in there............11

I had the exact same issue, fuckn sucks, painful...you can actually see your ab muscles contract and pullupward. Mine started when i started hGH at 1.5....the up to 3IU per day. I started taking the following in addition to my multi's and glucosomine.

2 Twinlab Potassium capsules (90mg each) twice daily.
2 Coral Calcium capsules (Bob Barefoot product) twice to three times daily.

I was drinking about 2 gallons of water a day...i was flushing my system too much. I cut back to a gallon or a little less and added in some gatorade.

TOTALLY DID THE TRICK. THIS SHOULD WORK FOR YOU.If you need to take more potassium you can. Eat your potatoes and bannanas too!
