Default Severe Muscle cramps

Just finished up a tren cycle.
started clen, a week into clen.

I get these cramps in my calf muscles that HURT LIKE A BITCH, and it makes it hard for me to walk for the rest of the day.

I heard taurine can help, but then I heard it makes no difference.

How can I help alleviate some of these pains.

I have doctor prescribed potassium HCL, think that could help?

I am at the point where ill try anything.

Lack of water and lack of Potassium are usually the cause for most muscle cramps. So it sounds like your doc is prescribing the right thing.... be sure to drink plenty of water.

I've used Taurine and it's supposed to help with cramping, but to be honest with you I didn't see too much difference using it. I'm training for a show and have been using Lasix pills (40mg) and have been taking Potassium pills with it and I haven't had any cramping. Before when I was cramping (I hadn't been taking the Lasix pills yet) I used Potassium pills and my cramping stopped. I don't know if you necessarily need to go to a doctor for potassium pills, you should be able to buy them at any sports store

If i start cramping i immediately start taking potasium and guzzling down more water within a few hours the cramps usually go away...Doc knows what he's doing.

Sev, the taurine is more for the irregular heartbeats you can get while on clenbuterol because the heart muscle is very electrolyte depleted. for the muscle make sure you take in balance sodium and potassium, and also for leg cramps you should take 800ius of Vitamin E and lots of magnesium. Mag is the key element i've been told, and if you take ZMA you should get enough of that.

As anyone who has ever used clen at high dosages (yours truly included) will tell you, Taurine is excellent for taking care of clen cramps. Take 3 grams twice a day, and you're set (I'm assuming that your water intake is up to par by itself).

Yes higher (not too high!) of magnesium and potassium will help greatly. Of course lots of water or Pedialite (that stuff for sick kids).
