ok now that i figured out what i am going to do during my cycle. i know how to figure out what to ask for at the pharmarcy.
1-4 wks 250mg test e ew, dbol 30mg ed
5-12 wks test e 400mg
and novaldex 20mg ed for 6 weeks
clomid and maybe some HCG.
how or what should i ask for ? umm just to let you know i am in Europe and i can scroll right into the place just like a kid in candy store.. thanks for anyone who can help...

Sorry mate,but i don't understand what you mean.What country do you live in?,and do you know what is available in your country.Also i would get more nolvadex as you seem to have enough for PCT but what happens if you get gyno during your cycle.You should buy enough nolva to last throughout your cycle plus PCT.Also you should run test at 400mg a week throughout the cycle.250mg a week for the first 4 weeks makes no sense mate.Why start low and then go higher?.Dbol i would do for 6 weeks.HCG is always good to have in case you get shrunken nuts.Some people do,some,don't.

i am in Europe. south eastern Europe. this country isn't really a country. yeah that is good point. i will run the test at 400 ew. since this is my first cycle i will see how the dbol works with me. and keep plenty nov on hand. thanks for the advise

On that cycle you should be really pleased witht the results.I was asking what your country was because it helps with knowing what gear will be available.Ask your pharmacy if they have any ICN Galenika test e.Best test e available.Also iranian is great as well.

your schedule is a bit off....personally, 400-500 mg of test ew is sufficient...you went from 250 to 400 mg ew..not necessary........you need a test only cycle

Agreed, you should run the test at 400-500mg the entire cycle, there is no point in starting low and going high. Also, I would have Nolvadex on hand during your cycle and obviously post cycle.

why a test only cycle? is it cause of the side effects from dbol. ? but no one has answered how big of vial should i get of test?

If you are buying out of the pharm you will be buying amps.Most test e amps are 250mg per amp,so you need 2 a week.I would shoot it one amp on monday and thursday for example.I don't see a problem with you taking dbol at the beginning of your cycle.

I never said to run Test only. I would run D-bol 10mg 3x ED for the first 4 weeks as well.

Multiply the mgs needed each week x how many weeks you want to cycle.Give the pharmacist the amount of total mgs needed..he can take it from there.Do the test enth 500 mgs per week...enjoy

As you can see Big Country there's lots of recommendations on how to run a simple cycle!
It's really up to yourself to do some research and take suggestions,as you are,and then decide what would be best for the results you would like to achieve.
I think every one would agree what ever you choose,to keep it moderate.
People have had good results form all of the above advised cycles,so the key must really be in the diet and training.
As long as you are in a positive anabolic state,with a good diet and training regrimme you are sure to get results.
It is just up to you how much effort you put into each of these keys areas as to the final results you'll get.
Self-discipline and self-control will see you where you want to go.

thanks everyone for the advise. i am trying to plan out a diet now. doing all this planning is like doing a college research paper.. ha ha ha....just hope i get an A on it...
