I recently got MRI results indicating mild labral tear and rotator cuff tendonitis (rear part) - right side. I also have some tendonitis on the same side in the elbow and in the wrist, but the shoulder is the worst. Range of motion is good, but some days are painful and worst in the morningl. I am not sure if the should may be the cause for the whole arm? Right now, I am pursuing physical therapy (PT).
Anyway, throught I'd inquire about other options if if the PT doesn't help - lots of new stuff out there. It seems like
HGH can be helpful. I have read some good things about adequan and aflutops. Another option that I have read about is shock wave therapy. I welcome suggestions on options that could be recommended. I am pretty risk averse, so it would be good to know the dangers assocated with each.
Appreciate any help on this matter - my first post.
