should the dosage of t3 be split though out the day, or just taken in one shot?

raw what kind of t3 do you need to shoot? if your using liquid then dose it out correctly , if using tabs some bros take there whole dose at one time and some split it up.......................Skyking

thats up to you bro personally i split mine up but i use low dose never above 50mcg ..thats just me bro.....you might be diff..
