Actually I prefer 2x a week. If I want to inject EOD I will use straight Prop

2x a week. If I use it I would frontload w/ something else anyway. Prop I go EOD but I find with sus It just isn't that big of a difference for twice as many pins over 12 weeks, that's a lot of extra pinning.
