site location & hitting veins

Which is the better spot to inject in the glute. This link says the gray dot area is more desirable for not hitting veins, but another site says the orange dot area ..What are your guys opinions. I have injected in a vein twice in the last week and didnt know it until I removed the needled I think it was Deca both times..or test or eq 1 of the times ..how big of a deal is this..am I wasting the juice or is it just collapsing the vein and are there heath risks...some site said it could be fatal?! http://www.anasci.org/injecting.htm

also this is the 1st time I had a big bruise and purple discoloration (from hitting vein) how long doesit take to heal.

i would go by that link. the sciatic(sp?) nerve is in the grey area....even though that where they say to shoot. hit the sciatic and you'll never forget it. hit the orange spot...the very top one.

the discoloration will go away in a couple of days.

bro, do you aspirate??? you should never inject into a vein, it takes 2 seconds!!!!

No i never do..Im going to start though..usually I have the plunger hanging out the back with no room to aspirate.

thats very dangerous bro, always pull back on the plunger. if you have to use 2 spots for a single shot and split up the 3cc into 2x1.5cc and do the upper orange spot you hit the grey ones you might be fucked for life.
