That is a hard question to answer correctly. You will gain on Sustanon only cycle but why not run 30mg/day of dbol with it for 5 weeks then finish your sauce in 10 weeks followed by noladex at 40/20/20/20? (That's 40mg 1st wk 20 for weeks 2-4) A light sauce only cycle I'd guess 7lbs muscle with 1.5g protein per # bodyweight per day and hitting the gym 5 days a week....HARD! imo        |
