Default So what do you do after your cycle is over?

So your cycle is over and you start the shrinking process and just can't wait till you stop shrinking and start to maintain...So I'm at the maintaining part now and all I want is for 3 months to go by so I can jump right back on and get to my 220 goal I'm 188 now...I really shouldn't feel like I need it, they say it's a drug and now I see the addicitve part of it...I feel like I'm not big enough maybe at 220 I will feel big...I need something ight now and I don't want to use creatine any suggestiions? Help me out...thx!!!

I guess I'm big to my friend 190 is big to them to me it's nothing I want to wake in a room and everyone know I work out, you know? I mean yeah if I take off my shirt I'm good to go but when I have a shirt on I feel like I'm just not big enough for my frame 6'2 220 is perfect...Right now I can't decide what to do eat clean and run and wait sustain at this weight and keep my body fat under 10 or eat and try to get bigger, but i don't wanna be 200 lbs and looking fat with a 13-16 percent body fat that's why I run...I'm not sure what I should do with my body I mean I could gain some weight and then to get cut again run and end up right where i am at 190...I work at a steakhouse and I have food infront of me all day and I see chicken finger and I think should I eat it or should I stick with my diet...There fried so I say I won't eat it if I ate all the food at my work the grilled shrimp tha hamburgers I would gain weight for sure but I stay away cause I don't want the bad weight...

BigK has got the words. Listen to him. If weight is the question, you're right diet is the answer(Not gh). Also don't look to be separate from those friends. Friends are necessary to endure life. If no one can tell you work out, then you're not even ready to do your first cycle, let alone anymore.

But, you're not shrinking...most likely. So you lose some water weight, big fucking whoop! Eat 2 tbsp. of salt at your meals. You'll put that water right back.
