Default So what would you recommend for maximum lean tissue in off season??

I did my first show last weekend and did very well in the lt heavyweight class. I only dieted for 5 weeks b/c I was already so lean, but hadnt really trained in several months either so I was alot smaller than usual. Im 5'8 and wieghed in at 193. I was thinking that 750-1g of test with GH (If I can find any after what happened) or IGF and use a little insulin PWO. I normally use much lower doses and like anabolics but they dont seem to produce the kind of growth Im looking for. Which would be more beneficial IGF (which seems like it will still be available) or GH (which seems to be alot harder to get) Is it worth the trouble trying to get the GH or would IGF and insulin be enough?? I want to stay relatively lean so that I dont have to diet too extensively. Im not crazy about orals. Should I just spend the money on more test? Ive been training for 15 years and Im realatively young and my diet is very good. My wife is a pro figure comp (soon to be exwife) and my buddy that helped me train for my show is a mr olympia comp, but doesnt know shit. Hence my dilema. What would be best? Some swear by IGF especially for weak body parts.

I guess not too many competitors on here??
Its going to look something like this
Week 1-9 800mg of test
Week 4-9 50-60mcg IGF
Week 1-? Aromasin .5mg a day
Week 9-14 Humulin R 8-10 iu PWO
Week 9-12 ECA
Week 12-14 Clenbuterol
I'll then take a break and do
Week 15-19
HCG 5000 iu a week
Nolvadex 40mg a day
IGF 50mcg a day
I may bump up the test to 1000mg a week if I feel a need for it otherwise I will bump it up at Week 20 when I start over.
What do you think?? Im trying to stay relatively hard and lean. My diet is very clean with about 350-400g of protein a day. Mostly chicken a fish, red meat 3 times a week. I want to stay under 230 and come in next year at a very lean 210 and compete in the Heavyweight class. Very ambitious I know

I like using Tren in my bulkers. It alows me to gain size and actually lose fat at the same time. (As long as diet is good). Other than that, go off and on clen throughout, and the insulin PWO is not bad.
