Default Some DNP Questions

Just have some questions I was hoping to get some feedback on.
Are there any supplements that are a must while you are taking DNP? I see people post that they are taking different things but will one supplement help more then the next?
Glycerin - yes, no, how much and why?
Carbs - good or bad? Some posts say stay away from carbs as they make your warming effect worse, some say eat them for energy?
ECA Stack - won't this worsen the affects of sweating and heat or will you need this for energy?
I'd like to start soon before it gets any warmer, I know how bad I sweat on clen and I'm just a little concerned about the heat effects here.

Water..I like 2 gal a day - the more the better.
Multi Vitamin
EFA
Creatine
BCAA's/EAA's
Fruits - at least 4-6 servings, glycogen restoration in your liver, energy, antioxidants, fiber, carbs, NO FAT.
"Electrolytes" - I found this water that is loaded with the stuff its flavorless so no need to drink gatorade, or pedialyte..v8 sucks also.
Whey - the more protein you consume the less likely you will waste any of yours. it has muscle sparring effects but its not like steroids.
GREEN TEA EXTRACT - anti oxidants, and it does help your metabolism, if you dose it out properly you also get some energy from it.
For your minds sake, something for your liver..?? SamE, milkthistle, dunno whatever the fuck you want if you want..

Eat lots of lean proteins, lots of greens like broccoli and spinach, olive oil, etc..

The point of the supplements is to keep your body balanced..you sweat a lot, you drink a lot, so you pee a lot, your body is cycling fluids constantly - PUT THE SHIT YOU NEED BACK!.. i take this same shit with or without dnp.

Watch your temp constantly after a change in dose for at least 48hrs..

Read the papers, read the logs, there are a lot of people using it safely..the info is out there.. I feel you though, some people take way too much crap.. /me guilty.

you can read my log for my macros..i'm sure it was 300g protein, 150g carbs, 50-100g fat.. I'm switching to a 40/40/20 at 2500 cals.. so 300g protein, 300g carbs, and 50g fat.. I found whole carbs kept me full of energy, feeling healthy, and my metabolism running..

you sweat when you eat, you feel hot after you've eaten.. i loved it, i ate every 2hrs minimum.. I lost like a mad man, my face is all wrinkly I look OLDER because of all the fat loss...

Thank bro, I read your log as well as some others and that's where I got the questions from, especially the supplements, you take a ton in everyday and I'm lucky if I choke down a vitamin here and there.
You did the 100ng for 5 days and then bumped it up which sounds more tolerable and I will give that a try. Thanks for your help!

I was finding my tolerance..a "week" for me on DNP is 5 days... I would run a dose for 5 days, bump it by 100mg on the 6th day starting my new 5 day week. I did this because due to the half life its really 3-4 days on that particular dose.

I found 400-500 to be perfect, didn't run 600 long enough, this next run will be 400mg for 25 days from the start...I will also add Yohimbe HCL, and my diet will be a bit higher on the carbs... I'll still do the fruits, but I plan to take in more potatoes, and lavash bread..

My last run I put weight on most of my exercises, my biceps grew, as did my back.. I figure the DNP is really just aiding in fat burn and definitely not letting me put on weight from fat.. plus I like to eat.
