Fruits - at least 4-6 servings, glycogen restoration in your liver, energy, antioxidants, fiber, carbs, NO FAT.
"Electrolytes" - I found this water that is loaded with the stuff its flavorless so no need to drink gatorade, or pedialyte..v8 sucks also.
Whey - the more protein you consume the less likely you will waste any of yours. it has muscle sparring effects but its not like steroids.
GREEN TEA EXTRACT - anti oxidants, and it does help your metabolism, if you dose it out properly you also get some energy from it.
For your minds sake, something for your liver..?? SamE, milkthistle, dunno whatever the fuck you want if you want..
Eat lots of lean proteins, lots of greens like broccoli and spinach, olive oil, etc..
The point of the supplements is to keep your body balanced..you sweat a lot, you drink a lot, so you pee a lot, your body is cycling fluids constantly - PUT THE SHIT YOU NEED BACK!.. i take this same shit with or without dnp.
Watch your temp constantly after a change in dose for at least 48hrs..
Read the papers, read the logs, there are a lot of people using it safely..the info is out there.. I feel you though, some people take way too much crap..

you can read my log for my macros..i'm sure it was 300g protein, 150g carbs, 50-100g fat.. I'm switching to a 40/40/20 at 2500 cals.. so 300g protein, 300g carbs, and 50g fat.. I found whole carbs kept me full of energy, feeling healthy, and my metabolism running..
you sweat when you eat, you feel hot after you've eaten.. i loved it, i ate every 2hrs minimum.. I lost like a mad man, my face is all wrinkly I look OLDER because of all the fat loss...
